East Bay District

Overview
Located on downtown Olympia's waterfront, East Bay is a redeveloped and revitalized area that formerly served industrial uses. It is home to the new Hands on Children's Museum and the East Bay Public Plaza and the LOTT Clean Water Alliance and Water Education Center. The district is a result of a public partnership of the Port of Olympia, City of Olympia, LOTT Clean Water Alliance and Hands on Children's Museum, as well as a close working relationship with the Washington Dept. of Ecology. The East Bay District consists of 9 parcels and totals 13.3 acres.
