Executive Services Director

Skilled Leader of Planning and Environmental Teams

Lisa Parks serves as the Executive Services Director for the Port of Olympia.

As the Executive Services Director, Lisa oversees the Port’s capital investments program and serves as a leader and subject matter expert in the strategic and long range planning of the organization. Lisa leads the organization in fulfilling its role and value in environmental stewardship by overseeing the regulatory compliance functions and environmental certification programs. Lisa integrates the functions of these roles and provides leadership on addressing climate change, sea level rise, and financial and environmental sustainability.

Lisa brings the Port a strong background in capital investments, planning and environmental matters. Prior to joining the Port of Olympia, Lisa worked as a senior planner with Maul Foster Alongi, and served as Executive Director of the Port of Douglas County, in Wenatchee, Washington.

Lisa resides in Olympia and enjoys opportunities to be outside including hiking, camping, boating, bicycling, fly-fishing and the like. She has recently taken on the challenge of learning to play the electric guitar, and has received her motorcycle endorsement.
