Port of Olympia Citizens Advisory Committee
The Port of Olympia Citizens Advisory Committee (POCAC) is comprised of 9-13 volunteer citizen members. The committee was formed in 1994 as an outcome of the Port’s strategic planning process and provides advice and assistance to the Port Commission on a variety of issues and projects

Minutes are also available following approval.
The Port of Olympia Citizens Advisory Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00PM.
POCAC meetings are currently held remotely using Zoom. The Zoom meeting information will be provided on each meeting agenda.

The committee shall consist of up to 13 members and no less than 9, each serving no more than two three-year terms. Each year the Commission shall appoint or reappoint persons to fill the expiring terms, for a full three-year term. Any vacancy will be filled by the Port Commission to complete an unexpired term.
