Overview
The Finance Department is responsible for budgeting, accounting, debt management, asset/liability management, cash management, reporting, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, audit, and maintain annual budget and financial reports
- Comply with State and Federal financial rules, regulations and laws
- Pay expenses and payroll
- Collect revenues and grant funds
IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS – 2025
Upon request, employees and non-employees who were enrolled in a Port of Olympia sponsored health care plan option, during calendar year 2025, may receive a copy of their Affordable Care Act IRS Form 1095-C. IRS Form 1095-C is a Tax Statement for reporting that individuals had health coverage for 2025.
To request your form, choose one of the following methods:
