OLYMPIA – Port of Olympia’s free, family-friendly Summer Nights at the Port event on Saturday, June 22 will feature the sounds of Switchback NW, food vendors, and a beer garden.
The 21+ beer garden, sponsored by O Bee Credit Union and presented by Headless Mumby Brewing, will be serving up local brews with all proceeds supporting ANEW, a non-profit dedicated to improving the access and advancement of women in non-traditional career pathways such as construction and manufacturing. Food vendors include Boogie Beans Coffee Truck, Jerk an’ Tingz, Sweetlee’s Ice Cream, and Taqueria La Esquinita. The beer garden and food vendors will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Attendees will rock out to Switchback NW beginning at 6 p.m. The band features guitar and vocal-driven classic rock from the 70s & 80s, as well as Country Music Favorites across several decades. Talented musicians, gifted singers, and powerful vocal harmonies make up the sound of Switchback NW.
Admission is free and no RSVP is required. The family-friendly evenings will take place next to the Swantown Marina Boat Launch Parking Lot located at the Port’s NorthPoint, 1210 Marine Dr. NE, Olympia (next to Anthony’s Hearthfire Grill).
