As the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Commission Affairs at the Port of Olympia, it’s my privilege to share some exciting news regarding our Strategic Plan 2025. Our board of commissioners and staff convened for a collaborative session to discuss and chart the course for our organization’s future.
Today, I’m pleased to share the outcomes of our fruitful discussions and reaffirm our commitment to serving Thurston County and advancing our strategic initiatives.
At the heart of the Port’s strategic plan and mission is fostering economic vitality, creating jobs, and enhancing the quality of life in our community. Guided by our strategic plan for 2025, the Port team is engaged in thoughtful dialogue to assess our progress and determine our next steps.
