Contracting with the Port
e-Procurement Platform
The Port of Olympia utilizes Euna (formerly Bonfire) e-procurement platform to host all competitive solicitations. Vendors and consultants must register with Bonfire to submit qualifications, proposals, or bids on Port solicitations.
MRSC Roster
In addition to the Euna e-procurement platform, the Port also utilizes the MRSC shared Rosters list to solicit for small public works and consulting opportunities. MRSC Rosters is an online shared roster for local Washington State governments to efficiently maintain contractor and consultant information. To be considered for providing services to the Port of Olympia, join the Roster or call 206-625-1300. Select Port of Olympia in your account.
